Please tell me how is StepUp for step1 i mean how would be the combination of First aid and Step up for step1 and Q bank and Q book as im doing only these things or stuff for step1 and hoping and praying for good score

I like the concept of system oriented approach, but the STEP UP series is full of mistakes, I'd rather use Goljan's STAR Pathology.
With the new emphasis on Anatomy make sure you at least read HIGH YIELD SERIES for all the Anatomy subjects, i.e.
histo, embryo, gross and neuroanatomy.
