accept IMGs,accept h1/J1 but dont sponser visas?? - chase_lite

hi,
could anyone clarify what the statement means?
1) J1 visa being sponsered by ecfmg therefore hospital doesnt sponser them?
or
2) they only accept american citizens/perm residents/or those that got Visas from somewhere else

pls help.

read carefully on the website,
ask to PD directly otherwise

some program sponsor H1
but not later for GCs..
