anyone diffrential diagnosis for right lower quadrant pain. i can come up with appendicitis, crohns disease, follicular cyst of ovary, cystic teratoma of ovary(give away-calcifications in pelvic area on x-ray), ectopic pregnancy. This came up in goljan lecture. anything else guys?
teratoma - got from 3 layers, mixed tumor - 2 histological types but from same layer.

ruptured corpus lutem cyst,rupured ectopic pregnancy,ovarian torsion.inf;lammatry bowel dis(u have mentioned tho) oh yes rectus abdominus mucle strain
