patient brought to the emergency room is in spetic shock.his blood pressure is very low which of the following should be administered to him immediately?
1)NE 2)ALPHA BLOCKERS 3)BETA BLOCKERS

I would say NE as it acts on Betha and alpha receptors...it will raise BP via it's B1 recp in the heart (increase heart rate and cardiac output)and its action on the vasc smooth musc leading to a vasoconstriction and more increase in BP
