my college not issuing mspe...please advice. - gem

hi everyone!
i'm img from india.my medical college is not issuing me mspe as per the present format....instead they r giving me the dean's letter with just the basic information...like the duration i attended the college,college is recognised by MCI etc.

please advice what shud i do?
what impact will it have on my application?

I called my friend. He knew a person matched last year without MSPE. So I think it may not make a big difference.

i am so worried ...someone told me pd's wud throw ur application in trash without mspe.
