i truly believe you have a chance to get interviews as most programs has cut off point 80. take CS ASAP. search for img friendly programs . GL

do u have USCE?iam a 2001 grad finding it hard to find prgms who take old grad..but keep working,.u have good scores....

i am 2002 grad........doing observership and have some research experience as well.......does US LoR help ?? these LoRs are from my research supervisors

ANY US LORs help much more than your home country LORs (unless it is UK or Canada). So go for it, get CS and keep the hard work!
