Color of ink in lor - ommm

I see in the erase web site - Lor should be signed in the ink other then black. but my problem is that i have alreasy sent my three out of four lors which was signed by black ink, it was signed around one and half year back when i was in home land working with them, Please help me how it affect my getting residency and will erase consider it or not?
Any one has the problem like this?
Please help me i am in great trouble

Then the ERAS will take it as a copy and annonate the same in u r CV. when u go for u r interviews make it a point to tell the PD that the LORs are original

hi
i also hav a problem , my leter are 2.5 years old and i am not sure if i need frsh leter. me too in US noiw, was in pakistan then and gor letter when i was working with them,dont u think we need fresh letteres

Thats what i also dont understand, lor will be give when we work with them is not it then why they want fresh , what ever may be the date it shows how we are , what do u think? Is it recommended that we have to have fresh lors?
