I posted this q before also but did not get any firm answers...pls help!
I have 2 lors from a letter writer, one for imed and one for psy. Should i designate them separately?
Will eras services assign the letters correctly because I have waived them?

Studyinghard,
designate them separately.
it will not make any sense sending two letters from same individual to one program
eras will assign them correctly if you make the distinction between the two e.g.

Rine N Martinson MD 2 (IMed)

Studyinghard,
I now understand your point.
You have waived your right to see and what this means is that they have to be able to
distinguish between the two.
For them to be able to do this for you, you have to do exactly what I have just said above.
It means that who ever is uploading your LOR will have to read the body of the lOR to
determine the right program as done above.
It will be a lot easier for Eras Services if the letter writter also makes the distinction by
attaching a sticker label to it.

Thanks liyang. Thats exactly what I meant. The letter writer has mentioned which speciality in the subject line of the letter. I have done what u said. now I just hope that eras services do their job efficiently! I will wait till tuesday before applying so that I can call them and confirm this.
