her BMI LOOKS good to me. no reason for RAA to be cause/
trying to correlate her past job with her headaches, dizziness and gastrointestinal but can not figure it out
maybe sun exposure increase Cholecalciferol

Polycetemia and HBP secondary to inreased production of Erythropoetin is important paraneoplastic syndrome assosiated with renal cell carcinoma. Obesity and exposure to petroleum product are considered risk factors along with tobacco smoking.
