you should email them and tell them about your problem. eras-support@ecfmg.org or call them at 202-828-0413 I contacted them today morning and they uploaded my docs in 2hrs.

I called, they told me my documents have been uploaded. but from my computer, i cannot see any update. how long does it take to see the update?
