i have read kaplan notes 2 times and have completed kaplan q bank with only 40-50's. what am i doing wrong? can anyone please advise me. i have been reading for 5 mths. my concepts dont seem strong. is kaplan enought to strengten them?

Your concepts are not strong because the books you are preparing with will not integrate the material in the way it is required for USMLE.They just give you relevant information.Your inductive reasoning aptitude could be low also.
Read pathophysiology of disease or Integrated basic sciences.Good luck
