i think if u send 4 to all programs that will be fine , because most of them say 3 minimum

but I heard that if you send 4 LORS to programs that require 3, then they will ignore 1 without reading. What if they ignore the best one?

according 2 me LORs r proof of ur experience and u have to send all those r required .
