It has been brought to my attention that you are illegally selling Kaplan
materials at usmleform.com and your ad is being removed. Under contractual
agreement, whether through a school or through our courses, it is illegal under
contract law to resell our material - This includes books and software
associated with our classroom course. This is why we had usmle.net end your
auction. Qbank and Webprep materials are only accessible online through
students enrolled in our course. The reproduction and resale of these
materials will be constituted as theft. Also, Kaplan Topical Tests are only
offered as an in-center item and the possession of them outside of the center
or the contracted school can be constituted as theft. If your material is not
Kaplan material, please do re-list, however, our legal department is searching
for Kaplan in usmle.net and using that as criteria for delisting. Most people
have been, like you, very good about it once they understood our need to
protect our material, those continuing to violate copyright and contractual law
will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
