The clinical vignette is the primary question format for each of the Steps taken on computer which Consists of a patient, vitals, and specific symptoms.
Step 2CK & 3 questions tend to be considerably longer than Step 1, usually including case history and laboratory data.
A single Step 1 question may draw upon a knowledge from more than one discipline/organ system.
Answers are constructed so that all are œattractive
Visual questions may draw upon histology slides, MRI™s, CT scans, etc.
Correct answer is based upon one or more prior conclusions (double-jump, triple-jump questions)
