so the best bet is to take care of the green card and then think of the rest!!! this visa paperwork is so much to deal!!! i know ppl who are not expert and get H visa and green card , because they knw someone in that department or they are friends!!! some of them even cant communicate English fluently!!if u know some one , u r done!! if not: try to fix the paper work ....i think!!!!finally we have done all this hard work to serve or work in this country.

yes you are right.The biggest problem is visa in pathology ,which is the biggest problem after finishing residency in pathology as you donot get waiver or job after h1 or j1 .So I am applying heavily in Internal medicine and FM too
