We have received your application for a PGY-1 position in the internal
medicine residency program at the Medical College of Georgia. Your
application has been reviewed and we are pleased to invite you to
participate
in the first phase of our interview process - telephone interviews.

We will be conducting telephone interviews which will require that you
telephone our office on a specific date and time (we will email you the
date
and time after receiving confirmation of your interest in
participating).

A communication log will be filled out by the telephone interviewer
during the
course of your call which we hope will provide a more human touch to
our
screening process. The communication log along with your application
will be
forwarded to our selection committee for further review and
consideration.
The committee will rank applicants and we will issue invitations to
interview
on campus based on their recommendation.

If you are interested in proceeding to the telephone interview phase of
our
interview process, please respond to this email stating your interest.
If you
are not interested, indicate that and we will mark your file inactive.
