a 46 y/o smoker and alcoholic with abrupt onset of spiking fever, productive cough with blood-tinged mucoid sputum and pleural chest pain. PE reveals dullness to percussion, crepitant rales , and increased tactile fremitus in the right upper lobe. A CXR reveals a lobar consolidation in the right upper lobe. the G stain result would be ;
