I just received my CSA results, can I go ahead and apply for step 3 online now, or do I have to wait for the ECFMG certificate to be issued? Please, this is very urgent. Thanks in advance.

Wait for the certificate ! Anyway how do you intend to send your application without the date of issue of the certificate? its an absolute requirement from the FSMB, i called and confirmed that.
