thrombolytic use in strokes.. - armani

In some literature it says this is a contraindication, in others it says only in recent CVA (2 months) thrombolytic therapy is contraindicated. Also what's the reasoning.. thx

Kindly please tell me is it .ok if i started with step 2k in march then cs in june then step 1 in november .so can apply to residency(match) in good time

C.I for thrombolytic(t-PA, -plase):
1.bleeding GI, urinary bleeding for the last 21 days
2.surgery-14 days ago
3ischemic stroke, head trauma-3 mounths ago....my explanetion on this is: not lysing the forming clot, because could do worse , only if ischenic stroke is of 3h , then give T-PA
4.BP more than 185/110
5.PT more than 15 sec
6. PLTless 100,000
7. intracranial bleeding.- only hystory....no matter of the years which pass after bleeding ic!!!!!!!
8. glucose more 400mg/dl or less50 mg/dl
