22 yr old come with mother-in-law due to shortness of breath in office. pt doesnot talk much. m-i-l says fell from stairs.
please let me know how to mange. this is also a CCS case for my friend and pt never really was happy even at the end of the case.

finding in the middle were CXR- small localized pneumothorax (didnot give the size of small)

do we have to admit?
because its small do we have to leave the pneumothorax or do we have to do chest tube..... my frnd did chest tube and the reply came pt feels better.... is it correct??
what kind of support and councselling???
