Have a question about applying

1st can I apply through NMRP and get AAMC ID number

2nd than get ERAS Token from Oasis....ecfmg

3rd Apply to MyERAS with AAMC ID number gotten from NMRP

?????????????Can I do that

read their instructions first, only some pages.

Asking such questions is not approriate and may make fun for other people because you are a doctor.

Buy token-->get AAMC ID and apply ERAS--> apply NRMP

Was asking the other way around...because heard you can do that, but wasnt sure.

My concern about applying through ERAS first was...how long would it take for ERAS to process my information.

I just want to get my foot in the door and NRMP must be registered for that...so if anything I can scramble.

I am tensed also...just decided today to apply, was intially thinking next year.

But after talking to some people decided to apply...so I can try for scramble.

sure, whats the harm in applying, its only about a 1000 bucks and you get the valuable hands-on US match experience.
