I know that it is not ONE MANS Decision but a panel decides which applicants for their program



How much weight does a PD's opinion abt an applicant have ?

Lets say if only the PD stands in favour of the candidate and others are all not in much agreement with the PD but are 50-50

wht happens ?

PD decision is final.So many example were PD ignored everyone to select chosen ones.In some program best qualification you can have is same religion and country to which PD belongs.
