ill try to explain it
after we are doing the interviews, we rank the most programs from the one that we really want to the one we dont and the programs do the same, they rank thier fav. applicants high and the worse ones very low, then we submit it these ranking lists and it is done via computer, like they balance your list and the programs, to which ones that match as highest i hope i explained it good, it may sound confusing if im wrong please, any1 correct me...

Match depends on your IV performance, PD will rank you highly or not
