Exam was pretty easy and 70% of the cases were some what similar to FA cases. Just stick to one plan and dont try to be creative at the exam centre.
i used pnemonics for all the cases.(Liqora Pamhugsfos soda)
and if you get any peds case with diarrhea just follow this one(on call idiot ) if you get any other peds just modify the pnemonics accordingly
for depression/fatigu Sigemcaps is a good pnemonic

Case of Diarrhea in a child ( On Call Idiot) +PAMHUGSFOS:

N-NUmber of episodes and describption of stools
C-Cry,
A-Appetite,associated symptoms
L-Liquids(frequency of urination)/number of wet diapers
L-Lethargy/playful/irritable
I-Infection in anyone in the family
D-Development, Day care centre,Change in Diet
I-Immunization
O-Oral rehydration solution
T-Travel history
The same pnemonic can be used for any ped case with slight changes
coming to case of fatige or depression
