looks like hemmorage to caudate due to hypertension.. (bouchard aneurysm rupture of lenticulostriate vessels)

actually the hemorrage is to putamen, but since they are close.... Smile

left eye cannot adduct on right side horizontal gaze ...that means lesion is in the left frontal cortex

babinskis sign presnt means UMN Lesion
