Most of the test takers say that the actual exam MCQs are very vague...does anyone have any experiance doing any question banks which match this level of difficulty,style? MKSAP? UW?

I agree. It is very vague and at the same time complicated. I can tell that at least there is little such questions in Kaplan Q book.
