a 42 yr old man is seen with a long history of slowly progressing congestive heart failure his blood pressure is normal and coronary angiography reveals no vascular abnormalities his leucocyte RBC count and ESR r all within normal limits most likely diagnoais is
a)cardiomyopathy
b)constrictive pericarditis
c)carcinoid heart disease
d)MI
e)coarctation of aorta

Maybe A?but not hypertrophic cardiomiopatia,I think it is dilated cardiomyopathy

Cangiography is N ==>cant be MI
no esr/lecucytes abnormality==>no infectious or inflammatory
only is s/s of CHF slowly progressing==>carcinoid syndrome??
