guys i have heard that from june 2008 they r coming up with step 4, has anyone head about it yet. I was told of this in AME conference.

Yes! Raj you R right and it will be heavy on basics and the subject UR doing residency in. I heard while ago and was trying to keep it myself cause people may not believe it, but now yuvraj you mentioned and am sure it is coming.

step 4 is to drive us crazy, so if we dont loos it we still have chance to have a career.

i have heard its about mannerism ethics management issue relationship issues and basic management and treatment as you would work in the hospital.

This is a useless thing to do , they are crazy, the exam is already killing us, the 3 steps and the csa including ccs are killing us already they are just making money out of the whole process , hopefully in the feature they wont have USMLE step 20
