what does this mean...out of match condition to passing step three...could someone tell me what this means......this profram offers J1 too...so if we fail why cant it give that....asking for my friend...she was offered prematch today in new york on such terms...

Some program ask for step 3 because passing step3 during residency is somewhat difficult as no time is left for good preparation.Also resident will ask for frequent vacation and will not be able to concentrate on the specialty in which he/she is doing residency.No program will like that.
