can u put the MD grad date as date of grad.
I know, too late now, but am thinking would i have got more IV's if i put that as date of grad, instead of MBBS date

Date of graduation refers to your MBBS graduation date and NOT your MD or anyother post MBBS degree.

did you really graduate after your MD? Is the level of your post graduation equivalent to graduation?
