4y old girl with 5 days fever, diffuse abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting,and diarreha. Petechiae, hepatomegaly and splenomegaly. Hemoglobin 8.7, platelet 60000/mm3, blood smear shows erythrocyte fragmentation. which renal finding is most likely to be associated with the condition
