to start residency...got a call from NJ....which apparently got cancelled...as i had only 15 days rotation in both of these ...shouldn't they mention this on their web page ...so that people don't waste their money applying in these states ...in fact i don't know what other states have the same requirements???

I don't think it's a requirment, it's a capricious PD.

If I do 2 weeks after my internship, does it count? I have a leeter from that professor but i dont have it in my transcript?

I know Illinois and California require 4 weeks. In California you can substitute 2 weeks with neurology. The letter should be okay but you can only find out for sure by calling the specific medical board.
