any1 knows the prog that needs 2nd year residents? - drking

my wife is an intern (1st year resident). she is having a hard time making progress in the current program. she works hard but it just does not work out for her. she is thinking about moving to another program after 1st year. can some1 be nice enough to provide some information. so that we can move on? thanks.
