Do not let failure effect you. Now you need to focus on how to Ace the Usmle. you need more
than 85 and above. Hope you have GC bc that will help you. Another thing you need to work at is getting American experience, and get to know people from the program that you will apply, and prove to them that you are a hard worker, and team player.
I am not saying it is going to be an easy road, but when there is a will there is a way.

it is possible, however it is not easy. you have to work on your CV, getting some USCE and research experience.
