Please do take some print outs from 1st aid and practice writing on them.

Stupid paper space is very less. If u don't practice, u might feel bad at exam.

1st aid, practice paper is exactly same as given in exam.Practice atleast 5 in a timed mode and in given space.

Do we need to write examinee's name or ECFMG number anywhere on the PN? Because I do not see anything like that in FA as well as on USMLE CD?

You can write 45 y w/f. Just follow FA.
