in anemia, there is shift of blood from skin, GIT and kidney to vital areas, kidney senses hypoxia, water and Na retention- increase in plasma volume, hyperdynamic blood flow...
tissue hypoxia also causes, arteriolar vasodilation, causing reflex increase in CO which it does so by increase in HR and SV....heart must work harder to provide the same amount of oxygen to tissues |
