Pt.had cough for long period of time.Recently he started to have GI discomfort with epigastric burning sensation.One night he developed hematemesis and was taken to a hospital.

This man works in an insulating factory where he was exposed for asbestos and may probablly deloveped COPD.pt.then may bleed from gastric ulcer as result of hypoxia.
