an enz with good activity should have low 1/v and high -1/Km.. ie it shoud be as close as possible to O on Y line (1/v)and as far away as possible on X line (-1/Km) ie. high slope

if u go higher or up on y line, V decreases.. and if u go right or higher values of -1/Km line, Km increases...
