surgery for FMG's - riyad

Hi guys , I am wondering what a person should do to get a residency in surgery esp. that I am a foreigner nedical graduate . and which programs take FMG's ? If I do an observership in surgery in american hospital , will that help ?
I f go for medicine and then tranfer to surgery , is that possible .??

Of course you need USCE, better if in a surgery department. I don't know about transfers.
