warm limb, non-palpable pulse, no pain, can't be compartment Sx or embolism. It could be DVT but the doppler ultrasound should be done 1st.
The disappearance of the pulse can simply be due to local swelling compressing the atery.

Hi homie,
I,m agree with you for 1-9-(hemochromatosis), 1-13-(fibromuscular dysplasia)
but why 1-15 is A , it could be due to cholesterol emboli in which the part will be warm and if it is not emergent still you can see what is going on by arteriography and can clear it up by this means,so this is most appropriate here as a diagnostic and theraputic procedure.
