so i guess if one has 10 interviews, you should disregard and not rank 4 programs so that you will have the highest chance

its not to disregard next 4 iv...it shows that the applicants those have more than 6 interviews in FM may have also iv in other specialty like IM and they matched there..and this is not self assurance..this data is given in NRMP..take care
