MDD pat. On imipramine develop Hypotension doc stop it and prescribed him SSRI. pat came back with sexual deficiency. What do you give him now???
citalopram
fluoxetine
paroxetine
Carbamazepine
Desipramine

No Buspirone to choice

citalopram. the only SSRI with least sexual dysfunction.
