doc in distress
Isoimmunization: I am a little confused about management (future course of action including the tests and RhoGAM administration) in a pregnant female who is:
1. AAT +ve in first trimester
2. AAT -ve in first trimester and becomes +ve during repeat test at 26-28 week
Any help is appreciated
