7. 30 yrs woman, gravida 2, para 1, broght to ER in labor. Episiotomy performed. Shoulder don?t follow delivery of the head with usual traction and maternal pushing. Next step?

why 8 is C???? she has no signs of thyroid...there is a pallor, and she is on cornstarch?? wouldnt it be more logical to go for CBCi mean choice B??

Q8 is B...She has pallor & fibroid (anemia) and unexplained urge to eat cornstarch(pica)-->do complete blood test to confirm anemia
