1. 2 yrs boy, 20 min after an episode cyanosis and loss of consciousness lasting 3 min, occurred after being scolded. He began to cry, let out a deep sigh, stopped breathing, and jerked arms and legs back and forth before the episode. Alert and active on arrival to the hospital. Next step?
