A NEONATE IS BORN WITH AMBIGOUS GENITALIA .The clitoris is enlarged .there is singleperineal opening anterior to anus .no masses are palpated in inguinoscrotal pouches or inguinal canal.which is the most likely cause of this sexual ambiguity in this pt .

testis or inguinal mass should be palpable which is not the case here

bbbbbbb......for pseudohermaphroditism..............gonads must be present.............since testis r absent.....its goota be female pseudohermaphriditism
