I will start with myself.............

1. try to help the applicants next year and understand the big pressure on them till the time of the match.
2. try to find the applicants jobs till they match
3. when I have an office I will hire many IMGs to help me till they find the match.
4. keep knowing that what I got is from the god all the time.
