hi guys,i need u people sincere advice.I amtched at a very top class program in US.My problem is that US embassy in Pak has rejected my J1 twice by saying that why i got residency when i went to take CSA.I hold valid B1/B2 visa.My Question is Can i come to US on my B1/B2 visa now and change my status to J1 there.If yes will i need to hire a lawyer ? What are the top class lawyers in NY,Boston expert in these cases.What will be the expence and duration of conversion to j1 status..Please let me know detail about change to j1 status.I am really sad when i see all my efforts going to rain by US embassy.Thanks in anticipation.
