Does having a GC increases your chances of matching? What is an EAD holder? Anybody there with GC or EAD and didn't match?

I am a GC holder. Didn't match.

EAD holder has the same chance as GC.

i know about a few with EAD/GC who didnt match. I nterview performance iss the key and not gc/ead.

guys, greencard definately helps. I do have a greencard and i matched to my no.1 choice. I think GC helps you to get more no. of iv's and there by increases yr chances of match. and you have more options to apply. i agree that once you got the iv it depends on your performance in iv. i know someone has same score as me and he got far less no. of iv then me. but he also matched to his no. 1 choice.
