Who matched to FM as a backup to IM and the reasons ?

1) Why did you choose FM as a bckup to IM ?
2) Can I know scores please ?
3) Are you satified with the Match outcome ?
4) What are your future plans ?

There are about 1200 US seniors who matched in FM as their first choice. I know if they wanted IM, they could have got it.
But, they chose FM. Just want to understand why majority of IMGs choose IM in comparison to FM ? And why its not the same with AMGs

so sad, now what?. I think you get mom calls every second for her baby for nothing. The least paid job in US is Family medicine. I will stick with IM, whatevevr happens
